I offer a blend of somatic and embodiment practices to support

your healing, learning, vitality and connection to Self, others, & Life, blending elements of Yoga, conscious dance and other mindful movement practices, in both individual and group settings.

Yoga is one of the most physiologically complete systems of healing and wellness available, grounded in thousands of years of science, body-based observation, ethical principles, teachings and practice. Yoga has also been studied extensively here in the West and has proven unparalleled in its ability to enhance physical, emotional, mental, overall well-being.

Classes are open to all ages, bodies, fitness levels, and are a time and space for you to learn, grow, challenge yourself, connect with others, relax, and renew, all with a light heart and no judgment. My intention in offering yoga is to guide you to a new, healthier, more joyful, empowered, balanced, compassionate, honest relationship with your body, your deeper self, and others. When we befriend ourselves and our bodies, age, physical condition, or size does not matter ~ we can all walk in beauty and strength in this world.
